Welcome to I Scream for Ice Cream
My name is Megan, I am a New Zealander and I love making and eating ice cream.
For at least 5 years have dreamed of opening an ice cream restaurant that would combine my love of ice cream and my passion for working with youth.
I want to start a restaurant that focuses on the entertainment of ice cream and the joy that it can bring.
My aim is to have a fun place families can spend time together without it costing too much, while also providing a safe, cool environment for youth to hang out in.
I want to be able to use profits to have a positive impact on youth, through evening groups and eventually, youth camps, tertiary education support and missions trip.
Giving youth a chance to live life and chase their dreams.
My ice cream will have richer flavours and a denser texture.
